Job Description / Responsibility 
 Customer Service with set standard
 Communication, reporting and MIS
 Data entry
 In House call center.
 Carry out any other tasks as delegated by the Reporting Head
Job Nature :Part-time & full time 

Educational Requirements :SSC/HSC/BBA/BSC/ Graduate

Experience Requirements 
 No Experience 
 The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Centre Training, Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support

 Additional Job Requirements 
 Age 18 to 26year(s)
 Very good in English and Bengali Speaking
 Very good in Engilsh typing speed.
 Proficient in computer applications (mainly in Microsoft Office Excel and Word).
 Should have excellent interpersonal & communication skill
 Should be keen to learn, Well-disciplined and well mannered.
 Must be smart, energetic, self motivated.
 Ready to work on flexible hours as Part time employee.
